The five most important questions to consider when purchasing the biggest piece of furniture
in your home; your flooring…
1. Health
In door air quality
and well-being is a health advantage of wood flooring...
EPA studies have
shown that indoor pollutant levels can be two to five times higher than they are outside. To find the source of many of these
pollutants, just glance down. Doctors often recommend hardwood floors over other floor coverings because they trap less
animal dander, dust, pollen, mites and mold - all of which can trigger allergic symptoms and respiratory problems. As
consumers focus more on using natural, earth-friendly materials in their homes, hardwoods are the natural choice: for value,
for health, and for sustainability.

4. Maintenance
Wood flooring is very easy to maintain, using a dust mop or vacuuming
for routine cleaning works well. You may generally use a dampened (near dry) mop to maintain a wood floor; however, excessive
moisture will cause damage. We recommend Waterlox Original Cleaner Concentrate on all our wood floors.

5. Sustainability
The US Forest Service, in a 2008 report, verified that the average annual
net growth for hardwoods is greater than average annual removals. The volume of hardwood timberland in American forests is
almost double that of 50 years ago.

2.
Value
"In a national survey,
90 percent of real estate agents said that houses with wood flooring sell faster and for more money".
3. Durability
Hardwood floors will provide decades of extraordinary beauty,
durable service, and flexibility. Remember, solid and our engineered flooring can be refinished for changing tastes or excessive
wear.
